A suspect remains at large after a 22-year-old man was shot to death in Victorville.
On March 29, San Bernardino County deputies responded to reports of gunfire in a residential neighborhood on the 13000 block of Starshine Drive just after 3:30 p.m.
Arriving deputies found the victim, Elias Victor Marcell Brooks, 22, of Victorville, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and on March 31, he died from his injuries.
