These stylists are independent beauty professionals who make their living providing services, so walking out without paying directly affects their livelihood. The stylist followed her outside (DONT RECOMMEND) the situation escalated into a physical altercation.
As the salon, we do NOT condone or encourage violence from clients OR beauty professionals. Situations involving nonpayment should be handled safely and through the appropriate channels.
