Police Let A Intoxicated Man Still Drive Away And He Ran A Light And Started Driving On The Wrong Side Of The Road

When I approached the gas station on I-10 and Lockwood, this man was hopping around and confronting me in an aggressive way VERY visibly under the influence of something either alcohol or drugs. Store clerk claims he had many alcoholic beverages but the constables didn’t want to hear it. This guy also appeared to have a gun in his driver door which was reported to a 911 call from multiple witnesses. The constables did NOT give him a field sobriety test, as well as check his car whatsoever. They let him go within 3 minutes of showing up. This guy also ended up running a red light and swerving right in front of the constables and they did not care. After I approached them, they said he did not give any signs of intoxication and he was safe to drive home. This is absolutely insane
