at VIVO we place the highest level importance on security. Last night, as shown via this footage, our security team was assaulted by you and another guest. Though our security team is in place to keep customers safe, there is never excuse for man or woman to punch, kick or assault our security because they refuse to leave our premises. Whether at VIVO or elsewhere in Dallas, please, always be safe and respectful of those who desire to party with you. Unfortunately, as this video shows, some guests won’t understand such. However, those who do desire a safe place to enjoy themselves as many seen in the video did, deserve better from fellow customers. In the past we’ve allowed false narratives be painted for the benefit of those who desire attention, clicks, likes or to target a business. Today, we will not allow this. If you ever desire to return to VIVO, we welcome you but will not allow our team to be disrespected, hit, kicked, assaulted, and more because you refuse to leave. Working in hospitality does not mean our team should be treated as less than humans
