STORY: Imagine coming to work and potentially not making it back home to your 4 month old son. Imagine being in a Security Guard in a high stressed situation like this for $20 an hour ON SALARY. Imagine the commander coming to the hospital only to discipline you for going against policy by taking the victim to the hospital which SAVED THAT BOYS LIFE. Imagine requesting time off after this situation and only being allowed one day in addition to your scheduled off days. Imagine requesting light duty and being denied. Imagine requesting a break from this particular site and being threatened with demotion for not wanting to return so quickly. Imagine them promoting an officer to your position and attempting to place you at a site being paid $17 hourly with more than an hour commute. Imagine the owner (ANDRE BENFORD aka X CROOKED CPD OFFICER) only being concerned about the damage done to his vehicle. SMH I’m sure you can’t imagine shit like this!!!!!! I should’ve known better after the way they did one of my former officers. Damien Nelson was killed at his site! ON DUTY! That filthy ass company made us ignore the media and everything. The sister of the owner (MS.FORD) hung up in Damien’s daughter face when she called the office flipping out about her father! At first BPG tried to say he wasn’t on the property and he wasn’t in uniform which was a lie! I went to the morgue and confirmed myself!!!! If you look up the article the company’s full name isn’t even listed! Anything to make them save face in that moment THEY DID IT! BPG even wanted to hide the shit from officers so they wouldn’t be scared to work there. This situation should have told me I wasn’t shit but a NUMBER…..A BODY….hell! This happened one month Pryor to the event posted in the video. I’m blessed to now be far away from these crooks! BENFORD PROTECTION GROUP IS A BAD AS THEY COME. Work at your own risk. They wont protect you, and they for sure will under pay you! As a woman who’s been working in this male dominated field for almost a decade, I feel obligated to put these things out there
