Jewish Boy Disrespected The Wrong Men On A New York Subway
Brooklyn: Eastern Parkway & Franklin Avenue, a Jewish boy was assaulted last week Monday aboard a southbound 3 train in Brooklyn, after a dispute between passengers escalated into a physical confrontation. According to police, the situation began as an argument over seating on the subway. The dispute intensified, leading to an assault inside the train car before the suspect fled. The victim sustained injuries, and the incident was later reported to the NYPD. Police are currently looking for a person of interest in connection with the case. Following the incident, videos circulated on social media, prompting speculation about the motive behind the attack. Detectives have since reviewed surveillance footage from inside the subway car along with social media videos and available audio. Based on that review, investigators determined the incident does not meet the criteria for an antisemitic or bias-based attack. Police say the evidence supports the case being classified as aggravated harassment, not a hate crime. The investigation remains ongoing
