BACKSTORY: Out of 18 Plus years of braiding I’ve never encountered an altercation like this! I was mace 3 times today by a client!
I had a really bad feeling about this client the moment she walked in the door! I normally follow my instincts, but today I gave the benefit of doubt .
Story is, The client didn’t like her hair, she complained it wasn’t full enough. I told her I could add more curls, she mentioned she didn’t like her parts, I told her I will take down whatever she doesn’t like and redo it the following day!
She then start yelling out to me that she wants her entire head done over! I then gave her two options! She can pay me for the service I did, or we can take thee entire hairdo down and she can walk out freely!! She then approach the door stating she’s not taking down anything neither is she paying me! I went outside to get her license plate! This lady starts to break my things in the salon, she went outside hollering that I’m threatening her, she called the police “On me” when she was in the wrong, I stood outside waiting for the police to arrive, Me and the client had a back and forth verbal disagreement ! She then walks up and mace me! She even pulled out jumping cables threatening to strangle me and she also threatened to shot me! My entire face and eyes are burning and red, I pray nobody else have to experience this! It’s just really sad out here! Anybody who knows me knows that I am a very Spiritual person , im not out here trying to play people or hurt them in any form, I conduct a professional business and this is what I have to experience!
