The Bowling Green Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify an assault suspect from over the weekend.
The assault was captured on surveillance footage outside of Bar 149 located on Wooster St. just before 2:00 a.m. Saturday.
According to the police report, the victim and two friends were walking on Wooster near Main St.
Surveillance video showed three males standing on the corner across the street.
The person that punched the victim ran across the street, and fell to the ground after striking him, before running off. The two other males ran off as well and were later spotted in a silver Toyota was being driven by a female that had also been spotted with the males as they were leaving Bar 149.
