An officer tackled a couple riding a motorcycle during a checkpoint operation along the coast. The incident occurred amidst controls for the “Terror Ride” Halloween gathering and was captured on video.
In the footage, the person filming can be heard saying: “Bro, he just tackled them!” While one of the motorcyclists tried to lift the bike, the other was restrained by officers.
