The attached video was recorded by a tenant residing at 30 Newport Road, Yonkers, New York on 6/15/26 at around 6:30PM. The property is owned by Roselyn Baffoe and William Baffoe. The video captures an incident involving an Amazon delivery driver who was attempting to deliver a package addressed to the tenant. During the recording, a physical altercation occurs between Roselyn Baffoe and the Amazon delivery driver. The video appears to show Roselyn Baffoe initiating physical contact with the delivery driver, after which the driver can be seen responding during the confrontation. After several moments, children who appear to be Roselyn Baffoe’s children can be seen attempting to intervene and de-escalate the situation. Police responded to the incident and a police incident number was generated. Following the incident, the tenant was contacted by Amazon’s Incident Response Team regarding the matter.
