She warns her that she is calling the c*ps, spooking the client, who quickly takes off. The resident drives forward and warns another young looking woman, “With that outfit, they will still be able to identify you.” That is when the young woman runs up and physically assaults the resident. Residents say this activity has been happening for years and, despite repeated complaints, little has been done.
