20 Year Old Woman Gets Arrested For Dui With Child In The Car!

On March 26, 2023, Cleveland Metroparks Police Officer Jimenez observed a vehicle go off the road into a ditch. The vehicle, however, was able to keep driving, but allegedly suffered two flat tires. Officer Jimenez initiated a traffic stop and the 20 year-old woman immediately admitted to drinking alcohol (and her 4 year-old child was in the car with her). In addition, she stated she had no license and no insurance. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs) and was subsequently arrested for DUI. She submitted to an evidentiary breath test (EBT) and the result was 0.219% BAC. She was given too many citations to keep track of. She was transported to the County Jail until her court appearance the next morning. Her case is now on hold because she is in federal prison with a scheduled release date of December 18, 2023.
